It was nestled among rolling vineyards and picturesque countryside views. Gerry Ranch provided the dream setting for a wedding day that felt straight out of a storybook.

Getting Ready at Gerry Ranch
The day began in the charming bridal suite at Gerry Ranch, where Sydney and her bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready together. The bridal party looked absolutely stunning in a collection of different pastel-colored dresses that perfectly complemented the wedding’s colorful palette.
With flowing fabrics, soft hues, and elegant details, the entire scene felt like it belonged in an episode of Bridgerton. There was an effortless beauty and romance surrounding the morning as laughter, happy tears, and anticipation filled the suite.
Sydney was absolutely breathtaking in her Maggie Sottero gown. One of the sweetest moments of the morning came when her dad saw her for the first time. His face lit up with pride and emotion, making for a truly unforgettable father-daughter first look.
A Private First Look and Handwritten Vows
Before the ceremony, Sydney and Brady chose to share an intimate private first look. Tucked away from their guests, they exchanged handwritten vows. They also took a few moments to simply be together before the day unfolded.
These quiet moments are always some of our favorites to photograph because they allow couples to slow down and connect amidst the excitement of the wedding day. Additionally, there wasn’t a dry eye around as Sydney and Brady shared heartfelt promises and reflected on the journey that brought them to this moment.
Meanwhile, Brady and his groomsmen gathered together in prayer before the ceremony, creating a powerful moment that highlighted the importance of faith throughout the day.
A Beautiful Faith-Centered Ceremony
The ceremony took place on the expansive main lawn at Gerry Ranch, surrounded by family, friends, and stunning vineyard views.
At the altar stood a beautiful cross adorned with colorful florals, symbolizing Sydney and Brady’s commitment to both one another and their shared faith. The vibrant floral arrangements by Thirty One Petal added a joyful and elegant touch. They also created a meaningful focal point for the ceremony.
As Sydney walked down the aisle, all eyes were on her. The emotion between the couple was undeniable as they exchanged vows and officially became husband and wife.
Following the ceremony, guests celebrated in the most colorful way possible by tossing flower petals into the aisle during the couple’s exit. Furthermore, the floral-filled recessional created some of the most joyful and vibrant images of the entire day.
A Stunning Reception Design
Every detail of the reception reflected Sydney and Brady’s vision of a colorful, romantic celebration.
The reception space featured lush floral arrangements bursting with color, glowing tall candles, blush table numbers, and beautifully styled place settings complete with personalized menus. As a result, every table felt elegant, intentional, and inviting.
When it was time for the grand entrance, guests enthusiastically waved their napkins in the air as Sydney and Brady entered the reception for the first time as newlyweds. The energy in the room was electric.
The couple flowed directly into their first dance as husband and wife, sharing a sweet and emotional moment surrounded by their loved ones.
One particularly touching highlight came during the mother-son dance, when Brady’s mom became visibly emotional while dancing with her son. It was a beautiful reminder of how meaningful wedding days are not only for the couple but for their families as well.
Golden Hour Portraits in the Vineyards
As the sun began to set, we stepped away for sunset portraits throughout the vineyards surrounding Gerry Ranch.
The light could not have been more perfect. Soft golden sunlight filtered through the vines, creating the dreamiest backdrop for Sydney and Brady’s newlywed portraits.

Guests of every generation joined the party—including Grandma, who definitely helped keep the energy high. Laughter, dancing, and excitement filled the reception space as everyone celebrated Sydney and Brady’s marriage.
One of the most memorable moments came when guests lifted the newlyweds high into the air while the crowd cheered around them. The joy was contagious, and the photos perfectly captured the excitement of the evening.
Ice Cream, Cookies, and a Sparkler Exit
Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Sydney and Brady opted for a fun and unique ice cream and cookies bar. Guests loved the interactive dessert experience, and it added a playful touch to the reception.
As the evening came to a close, friends and family gathered outside to send the couple off with a sparkling exit. Surrounded by glowing sparklers and cheering loved ones, Sydney and Brady shared one final kiss before heading off into married life together.
