From an intimate rehearsal dinner beneath a flower-lined pergola to a candlelit barn reception filled with elegant details, every moment reflected the couple’s warmth, style, and love for their family and friends.
A Beautiful Rehearsal Dinner at Roblar Winery
The celebrations began the evening before the wedding with a heartfelt rehearsal dinner held on the winery grounds. Guests gathered beneath a charming pergola surrounded by blooming spring flowers and rolling vineyard views. A long table was beautifully arranged for an evening of connection and celebration.
One of the most thoughtful details of the evening was the seating placards. Each place card opened to reveal a handwritten thank-you note from Andrea and Michael to every guest in attendance. It was a personal touch that made everyone feel truly appreciated and set the tone for the meaningful weekend ahead.
Guests enjoyed Roblar Winery’s signature wines alongside delicious oven-fired pizzas, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere as the sun set over Santa Ynez Valley.
Wedding Day Getting Ready at Roblar Winery
Wedding day arrived with perfect spring weather. Andrea spent the morning getting ready with her bridesmaids in the farmhouse located on the Roblar property. The farmhouse offered a peaceful and picturesque setting, filled with natural light and excitement as the bridal party prepared for the day ahead.
Once everyone was ready, Andrea and Michael shared an emotional first look outside the farmhouse. Surrounded by the beauty of the vineyard, it was a private and meaningful moment before the festivities officially began.
A Stunning Outdoor Ceremony
Guests arrived via shuttle transportation provided by Jump on the School Bus, adding a fun and memorable touch to the guest experience. The ceremony took place on Roblar Winery’s beautiful grass lawn, framed by breathtaking floral installations created by Wild West Florals. Soft spring blooms complemented the natural beauty of the property and created a romantic setting for Andrea and Michael to exchange vows.
With vineyard views stretching into the distance and loved ones gathered nearby, the ceremony perfectly captured the charm and elegance of a Roblar Farm Wedding.
Cocktail Hour at the Barn
Following the ceremony, guests made their way to cocktail hour in front of Roblar’s iconic barn. Cozy lounge areas featuring comfortable couches invited guests to relax while enjoying handcrafted cocktails and delicious appetizers.
Laughter echoed across the property as friends and family mingled, played cornhole, and soaked in the gorgeous spring evening. The relaxed atmosphere perfectly blended wine country elegance with rustic charm.
An Elegant and Moody Barn Reception
As guests entered the reception space, they were greeted by one of the most breathtaking barn transformations imaginable. Long ivory drapes cascaded from the ceiling while elegant chandeliers hung overhead, creating a dramatic and romantic ambiance.
The reception design embraced a sophisticated moody aesthetic. Black tables lined the barn and were adorned with abundant floral arrangements, glowing candlelight, black plates, and custom white menus placed at every setting. The contrast between dark tones and soft florals created a stunning visual experience that felt both modern and timeless.
Sunset Portraits Throughout the Vineyard
As golden hour approached, we slipped away with Andrea and Michael for a few final portraits around the property. One of the many reasons couples love choosing a Roblar Farm Wedding is the incredible variety of portrait locations available throughout the venue.

After dinner, the celebration shifted into high gear as guests packed the dance floor. The energy throughout the evening was contagious, and it quickly became one of the liveliest receptions we’ve photographed.
Adding another fun surprise to the evening, Andrea changed into a shorter strapless reception dress, allowing her to dance comfortably and celebrate with friends and family late into the night.
The dance floor remained full until the very end, creating the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable wedding day.
